This is a wonderful Mid Century Dining Table and Chairs by The Famed Italian architect/designer, Paolo Buffa (1903-1970). This Rosewood Table and chairs is a perfect example of Italiam Mid Century design and construction. The Table with a starburst marquetry top and central brass star all raised on tapering colomn with 4 splayed legs. The column and feet divided by a central brass ring and the feet finished with original brass sabots. I was fortunate to locate this in Italy with the matching Buffa chairs and what a wonderful dining table and chairs which would enhance any room.
